Cancellation & Refunds

Appointments at Tara Clinic are booked in advance which allows us to see you on time. We do expect you to keep appointments made but in the event that they need to be cancelled or rescheduled please be aware of the following terms and conditions. Any deviation from the following policy is strictly at the discretion of the Clinic.

 

CANCELATIONS BY THE CLINIC

A full refund or a rescheduling of the cancelled appointment may be requested in case the booked appointment has been cancelled by the clinic.

 

CANCELLATIONS UP TO 4 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT

A refund of your payment can be made when a cancellation is made four or more clear working days prior to the appointment. An administration fee of 6% of the amount will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining amount will be refunded through the same method of payment used within 14 days from the request being accepted. The invoice details will need to be provided in full to process the refund.

The appointment may be rescheduled to another day without any further payment if required.

 

CANCELLATIONS 2 TO 3 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT

A partial refund of 50% of the fee will be made when a cancellation is made two clear working days prior to the appointment. The remaining amount will be refunded through the same method of payment used within 14 days from the request being accepted. The invoice details will need to be provided in full to process the refund.

To reschedule the appointment a fresh payment of the full amount will need to be made while the refund is being processed.

 

CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 2 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT

No refund can be provided when cancellations are made less than 2 clear working days prior to the appointment. To reschedule the appointment, a fresh payment of the full amount will need to be made.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER A CONSULTATION
